How do i know when the guy i like, likes me back the same way..?

.Bearing in mind I've heard a few rumers of him being a bit of a charmer. Do i believe him? Do I believe other people? ..How do I know if he likes me for sure, like the way I like him? How do I know if he charms other girls the same way, and I think he's treating me like I'm someone specail?
