Is he into me or not?

Please help. Gonna really shorten this: I am confused about this new guy I met at my college. Here's the problem: we graduate in about a week, so anything serious is pretty much out of the question, I guess. But he told me the 2nd night we hung out that I had him "sprung" (and I even had a boyfriend at the time so sex was outta the question!). He has had me meet his guy friends; talks to his friends about me (they tell me he really likes me); texts me just to say "goodnight" sometimes......yet seems to kinda leave me wondering a lot. Now, don't get me wrong, he has tried to hang out and I've been busy...but I guess just because I really, really like this one, I am more anxious than usual to hear from him. But I NEVER let that show. With such an awkward time constraint, how can I tell what he is really thinking?? I find him hard to read cuz he is a natural "charmer."
