What does this dream mean?

I've had this dream where women were unusually interested in me all of a sudden. They told me they like snake charmers. I didn't know what they were talking about, until a 40-foot python leaped out of my pants and into them. The python then releases its poison, and the women produce snake eggs. Could someone explain this dream? Lately I have been waking up feeling something huge crawling..
