Which DSLR camera should I buy?

I am looking into buying a DSLR camera and I am not sure what to buy. I need a camera that is for a beginner but still has good quality. I like the Canon EOS Rebel T1i EF-S, The Nikon D5100, and The Nikon D3100. I don't want to spend over $900 on the camera though. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks! :)
