Different lenses on a Cannon EOS 650?

So I am considering experimenting with photography. My brother has an old Cannon EOS 650 with a broken lens that he says I can have if I get a working lens for it. Being that the 650 is from the 80s and a bit dated, we are having trouble finding a lens for it. My question is: are there any other lenses that would work on the camera? Perhaps another EOS model?
