Has anyone ever notice how hard america?

Has anyone ever noticed how hard america has made job searching to be like now we all or is it just Pittsburgh we have to go online to fill out an application but never get a call or anything or we have to go create a user Id just to get tones of wanna be employment spam letters when all you want is a job right then and there?......... Then you have websites telling you how to create an resume when it does not take rocket science to create one and it does not take rocket science to clean a bathroom toilet. That's the other thing has anyone noticed or is it just Pittsburgh that when filling out an application they prefer that you have experience in something so dumb or the employer or hr will E-MAIL you back with a "oh we are looking for the right candidate with past work experience". Well how am I supposed to have past work experience when no one will hire me because I have no past work experience? I have an associates degree but no work experience and if that's the case then why do we have to go to school for the little thing's waisting my hard earned money to pay for something I am not guaranteed a job in the end? Why can't finding a job be easy as it was in the past like going directly to the company who is hiring and get hired without any problems? Fresh out of high school I was able to get jobs easy and got paid alot but now it's like I mine as well be a pan handler because I don't have to go through the trouble just to sit on the street and beg for money. You know fixing car and being a plumber use to be a self tuaght thing the same with art I am a self tuaght artist and this is why talent now is crap because they look for people with piece of papers or the best charmer out of the bunch to charm the money out of people's pants because the product is a piece of crap. Thats why all these cars are being recalled, everything is being recalled. I feel better now.
