While reading through your question i kept thinking she could possibly have a girl crush on you. When admiration affects feelings causing infatuation. Or maybe she is bi and does like you. Or she is actually joking. Confusing as it is, my advice to you is, let it be. If you pressure her into coming out or confessing attraction you could push her away and fall out with each other.
