Modeling agency (not for runway)?

Hi, I've been interested in becoming a model for a while. I'm not here to ask you about looks or anything, but I was wondering if any of you guys know any online modeling application places like modelconnect or modelmayhem. I'm submitting things to them, but I wanted to send to more places to get more places to do work. Also, if you could tell me modeling agencies that would accept petite models (5'4) thanks! (not for runway)
