Opinion on this guy, much appreciated!!?

A thing I've learned with guys, is if they want you around and want to talk to you, they will always respond to a text fast and answer your calls. I've been there, only my guy I knew he was always on his phone cause it kept him from falling asleep because he got so little of it.. so give it time if he wants you he has your number don't call or text him again unless he does it first.
